Terms of Service

1. Service description

AJVoiceAI provides a multi-tenant AI-powered voice outreach platform. Customers ("tenants") use the platform to create and manage automated outbound calling campaigns using AI voice technology, UK local phone numbers, and campaign management tools.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be a UK-registered business or individual with a legitimate business purpose

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must comply with all applicable UK laws, including PECR, GDPR, and Ofcom regulations.

4. Consent obligations

You are the data controller for contacts you upload. You must obtain specific prior written consent for automated calls as required by PECR. You must not call numbers registered on the TPS/CTPS without explicit consent. We screen contacts against the TPS register, but ultimate responsibility for consent lies with you.

5. Payment terms

• Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance via Stripe
• Credit bundles are one-time purchases, non-refundable once minutes are used
• Unused credit minutes do not expire
• All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable

6. Service level

We target 99.5% platform uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee call connection rates as these depend on Twilio and recipient network availability.

7. Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for regulatory penalties arising from your misuse of the platform or failure to obtain proper consent

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including claims related to calling contacts without proper consent or violating calling regulations.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal
• We may suspend your account immediately if we believe you are violating our Acceptable Use Policy
• On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, except billing records (7 years)

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
